Wild treasures gathered from country to coast, each with their own stories and collected in moments of slow living are the inspiration for Samla Home.
Contemporary textile wall art, each piece a one off, crafted by hand in my Lincolnshire studio. Samla Home collections reflect a pared back minimal aesthetic and a Nordic inspired palette. Natural materials bring a sensory rich, calm and quiet energy connecting nature with home.
Sustainable Home Decor
Sustainability is the foundation of Samla Home and every detail has been carefully considered with this in mind. Slow production, focused on quality and craftmanship, each piece in the collection has been hand crafted using a carefully curated selection of the finest 100% linen fabrics and organic cotton threads.
All paper and wood products are sourced from sustainably managed forests with FSC or PEFC certification. Water based and plant based environmentally friendly paints are used for hand painted frames and recycled or re-usable packaging.

Hi, I’m Jenny. My background is in textiles, fashion (including sustainable sourcing) and interior design spanning almost 20 years. A love for beautiful natural fabrics and wanting to create nature inspired artworks with a contemporary Scandinavian aesthetic led to Samla Home. I create Textile Wall Art by hand in my studio at home on our Lincolnshire farm, taking inspiration from nature and its smallest details and patterns and treasures found from country and coast. Often not the easiest, fastest or most inexpensive but I believe in sustainable sourcing and choosing quality over quantity. Samla Home is about slow, considered design and pieces which bring a unique and special feeling into your sanctuary of home.
